Chapter Disaster Action Team Volunteer
Member of an on-call team that responds to the scene of small local disasters and emergencies to provide immediate emergency assistance to those affected.  Responses can include mass care assistance services which are provided on a congregate basis to the community as a whole, such as sheltering, feeding, and bulk distribution of items.  

Chapter Events Volunteer
Participate in or assist in development planning and implemntation of chapter special events, non- disaster services fundraising events, or non disaster public relations events.
 

Mission Support Volunteer
Assist with bulk mailings, filing, inventory, and record keeping. May also assist in other short term projects. May also answer telephones and direct callers to appropriate staff members.

Chapter Volunteer Services
Assist with writing volunteer job descriptions, setting up volunteer orientation courses, conduct volunteer screening interviews, help with volunteer placement, record keeping, and recognition.
